Our workshops are highly interactive, and are customized to meet the needs and desired outcomes of each individual client. To get a sense of what we can provide, here are workshops that we have delivered to various clients over the years. These workshops are structured to last approximately 3 hours, which enables participants to focus on one particular topic. They are designed primarily for managers and emerging leaders, although many have also been delivered to all-employee groups.

The Upside of Conflict

Conflict can be both positive and negative. Ultimately, success means being able to move beyond the conflict in order to remain productive. This workshop will cover the dynamics of conflict between individuals, teams, and departments. The workshop includes the TKI Conflict Mode Inventory, an assessment that can be administered online as pre-work or during the training session.

Emotional Intelligence

In the workplace, Emotional Intelligence (EI) tends to be a better predictor of long-term success than IQ, especially at higher levels of leadership. This workshop provides a comprehensive overview of the topic, and participants create an individual action plan to grow their specific EI competencies. The workshop includes an emotional intelligence assessment that can be administered online as pre-work or during the training session.

Communication Success

Communication is a critical – perhaps the most critical – element to a successful workplace. This workshop explores different communication styles, and also includes pre-work for all participants so they can apply the tools to their specific communication challenges.

Culture of Feedback

Navigating Change
